Director Social welfare Jammu invites online scholarship’s application for the academic year 2017-18 form students belonging to: other Backward classes (OBC) Economically Backward Classes (EBC) Physically Challenged (PCP) Scheduled Cast (SC) & Denitrified Nomadic, Semi Nomadic (DNT) categories. All interested aperients belonging to above mentioned categories pursing studies within & outside the state of Jammu and Kashmir Govt./Private recognized Educational Institution undergoing IX & above courses, The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the backward classes belonging students studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education. The income ceiling of parents/guardians for eligibility is Rs.1.00 lakh per annum (including self income, if employed).

and Password for online verification of the application on portal.

/university.
(b) Students
Pursing various recognized courses out side the state can submit their online
Hard Copy along with documents through Head of Concern Institute to: Director

by or before due date.
